To The General Public

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria wishes to inform the general public that its attention has been drawn to the operations of an agency known as NIGERIAN PASSPORT AGENCY, and to state, that this outfit, or any other one in the same mould, has neither the permission nor the authority of the Embassy to collect, endorse, or process passport applications, in whatever form, on its behalf. The authority to issue, renew, endorse, and cancel Nigerian passports resides with the Embassy of Nigeria, Washington DC, as well as the Nigeria Consulates in New York and Atlanta.

Members of the public are, therefore, advised in their own interest, to forward their requests for issuance, renewal, and endorsement of Nigerian passports, to any of the underlisted offices ONLY:
